Due to the very nature of our business, a miriad of supplies and products are purchased and sold. The most obvious, of course, is air conditioning systems. The system contains two major sections that of the condensing section, which contains the compressor, and the evaporator section, which contains the indoor or treated air blower section and coil.

If the air conditioning unit is only one piece like a window unit or package unit, these are sometimes called unitary systems. Both types serve the same purpose.

Sizing of the system is crucial for good humidity control in our Southwest Florida location. Too large of a unit could result in high relative humidities in the conditioned space resulting in some quite undesirable possibilities, which could lead to large expensive cures, and even a possibility of health related issues. In these cases samples of microbial suspects are shipped to a laboratory to be analyzed. Once the results are found the remediation can start.
